The tickets booked through Customerneedz can be cancelled by logging into the system. Go to Cancel/Prnt ticketsà select the ticketsà and cancel. You can cancel the entire tickets or you can select specific passenger and cancel. The money is transferred back to the passenger's credit card or bank account within 10 business days.

The users can log into the customerneedz.com , go to Cancel/Print ticketsà select the ticketsà and print the tickets again.
What are the Refund Policies?
Refund is given to the customer in the following situations.
- If the customer miss the bus due to wrong timing printed on e-ticket.
- If the customer miss the bus due to wrong pick up points printed on e-ticket.
- If the customer miss the bus due to any system failure.
- In the above cases, if tickets are available we will try to get you a ticket on an alternate bus, else you will be entitled for a 100% refund.
