Customers have to clearly understand the Customer Needz ( CNZ) plays the role as Web agent for all Transporters. CNZ put in their best efforts to Service the Customers. We request the Customers to select the transporters they know to ensure a better travelling experience
CNZ will take responsibility for:
If the Travel/Service is cancelled by the operator.
In case of cancel of service CNZ Team will put in their best efforts to arrange an alternative Vehicle. If we are not able to than we will refund the entire amount back to Customers. Customers need to make their own arrangement for Travelling.
If the vehicle has not come for Pick up point which is selected by the Customers.
If the transporter is not agreeing to give the allotted seat to the Customer.
If the vehicle leaves before the Departure time mentioned in the ticket.
If the Transporter has failed to transport the Customers to the agreed destination mentioned in the ticket.
CNZ will not take responsibility for:
If the Video/AC/Fan/Light is not functioning in the Bus.
If the transporter has postponed the departure time without notice.
If the transporter is not able to reach the agreed destination by arrival time mentioned in the ticket.
If there is any discomfort in the seat allotted to the Customer for travelling.
If the Customers lost any of their baggage during travelling.
Note - However, we at CNZ firmly believe that it is the responsibility of the Transporter to provide the above facility to Customers. If the customers find any difficulties during travelling than, we request the Customers to send your complaints/Suggestions/Views to CNZ to care@customerneedz.com. We will take up the issue with the Transporters and in cases where we are getting repeated complaints we will remove the Transporters from the site .
Delivery Policy:
The Customer has to print the Ticket and produce it at the Time of travelling.
A Printout of the Ticket along with a valid photo id is a must for passenger to Board the bus.
We do not have the policy of Couriering the Ticket.
If the Customers have lost their ticket than they can re print the ticket from the site. The ticket will be available in the site till the travelling date. Customers can use their user name and password to reprint the ticket from their records available in the Site.
In case of un registered users the ticket will be mailed to the address provided by the Customers during the time of booking.
Refund Policy:
The re fund to the on line customers will be done to the Card/Account where the money has come during the ticket booking process.
The refund will be after deducting the Cancellation percentage mentioned in the cancellation policy
In case of on line Customers the money will be Re funded within 15 Working days.
If the Ticket is booked through any of the Associates or Channel partners than the money will be refunded to the respective Associates.
